袁小青,医学博士,副研究员,中山大学青年学术骨干人才,中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院课题组负责人。中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院尊龙凯时-人生就是搏医学研究中心副主任(主持工作);省市共建恶性肿瘤发病机制及精准诊疗广东省重点实验室常务副主任。

 主要从事疾病(包括但不限于肿瘤)微环境的表观互作与细胞死亡方面的机制研究,致力于开发基于系统筛选的新型疾病标志物和药物靶点,研究领域涉及生物信息学、表观遗传学(比如超级增强子和长链非编码RNA)、染色体外环状DNA(eccDNA/ecDNA)、调节性细胞死亡、肿瘤免疫和代谢等。近五年以通讯作者或第一作者在 Oncogene(杂志2022年度最佳论文)、Nucleic Acids ResearchESI高被引论文和热点论文)、Molecular Therapy(封面论文)、Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica BCancer Research等国际专业期刊发表高水平SCI论文15篇。主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金青年提升项目等省部级以上项目多项。申请国家发明专利4项(其中3项已获授权),并获计算机软件著作权1项。同时,担任中国药理学会药物基因组学专业委员会委员和Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Briefings in Bioinformatics、Clinical and Translational Medicine等多个国际期刊特邀审稿人;入选广东省高层次人才评审专家,并受邀担任广东省自然科学基金和浙江省自然科学基金等项目通讯评审专家。
